Sri Lankan Yellow Rice Paste
Yellow Rice Recipe
Ingredients: AMK yellow rice paste,( 2 tablespoons), Basmati, Jasmine or Samba rice (500g), Chicken or Vegetable broth.
Method: Soak 500g rice for 10-15 mins and drain water. Mix 2 full tablespoons of AMK yellow rice paste. Mix well and cook with chicken stock or vegetable stock as usual. If required add some roasted Cashew nuts and sulthanas. Serve hot.
