Sri Lankan Beef Curry Mixture

Method

1. Season 01 kilo of sliced beef with the Beef Curry and set aside for 10 minutes.
2. Heat 60 ml oil, add beef, and mix well. Cook for 05 minutes.
3. Add 02 cups water, cook till meat is tender, add 01 cup milk and simmer for 5 minutes.
